The First thing you will need is an actual board; there are a million options in the market, long, round, square you name it, they also come in different sizes and materials, wood, marble or slate. The decision is yours, according to the party size and what goes better with your party décor. You will also need cheese knives.
Next will be the cheeses, and for that, you will look for a variety of textures, like a soft cheese, semi-firm, aged and hard or blue, for our board we use

For the charcuterie, we choose some of our favorites
- Dry Cured Ham
there are no rules when decorating your cheese and charcuterie board; the messy look will enhance the appearance of your board, add some dried fruits and nuts, you can also add fresh fruits if you choose, this will also make your board look even more beautiful with all the mix of colors and textures
Complete your cheese platter with some bread and crackers; we used cheese sticks, rosemary crackers, Italian breadsticks and soft pretzel bun.
also, include some spreads in your appetizer board, we were lucky to find some artisanal jams, they are delicious and added so much color and fun to our tray
